
Showcasing the possibilities of the Intel Real Sense, in collabortion with Intel
See yourself made of sand in this interactive install using the capacities of the Real Sense camera of Intel, a depth + rgb camera.
People using the experience were able to see themselves in an artistic approach of their sand double, and to share the results by email or facebook by simple gesture detection.
This experience was then installed on all laptops equiped with the Real Sense camera

A Video Mapped 2D platformer with a touch of Magic
Take our imagination to life ! You play a 2D platformer, your character comes out of the screen and you are now playing on the walls of your bedroom, living room or... office !
Your character can now use the frames on the wall as platforms, your pencils cup can kill him as they are spiky, and you can travel from one screen to another by using teleports.
This project was part of the 2023 DELL roadshow and we performed 25+ times accross Europe.
It uses video mapping and we can create levels and stories adapted to your needs (cultural events or corporate roadshows).

See the VR world through our Hologram window
Always going further to immerse the audience during our magic shows, we worked on a virtual window opened to our virtual worlds using hologram technologies.
During the act, a spectator is immersed in a virtual world using a VR headset and we can follow his exploration of the 3D universe by broadcasting his first person. point of view.
The problem is that by doing so, the audience has to stop looking at the spectator, which is something we want to avoid in magic show.
That's were we use our VR hologram technology. We show the objects in interaction with the spectator in front of him as holographic objects, following all his moves.

Draw your race and let the game begin.
Project started as a new collaboration with DELL Technologies roadshows, focused on AI automation for creation.
Here the players are invited to draw the shape of the race track with their finger directly on a touch screen. The AI smooth and correct the hape if necessary then spawn point of interest to make the race dynamic (such as jumping zones, collectibles, boost, obstacles, etc...)
The players can then grab a controller and race in a up to 4 players race on split screen, exploring the race they drew.

Cycle through a VR world.
In this project, we created the proof of concept of an application for Meta Quest 3 bike sensors to allow users to cycle inside virtual worlds.
This project aimed to show that sport could be done while immersed in virtuality and reducing the feel of actually doing exercises.
The difficulty was to make it work with easy to find and cheap bike speed/cadence sensors, as the project aimed for a low cost alternative to such experiences, connecting the player movements to the virtual world with BLE/Ant+ sensors.
Also, this poc had to showcase different biomes, so the optimization of all the assets used was a challenge.

Quickly vizualize your data. A tool developped for fast presentation of data correlation.
The project is a collaboration between Augmented Magic and the Gerard Carton Cabinet.
It's a tool allowing to create dynamic visuals for good looking data presentation.
This is not a data analyzing software but a 3 dimensions (two axis and one color) data vizualizer.
It's easy to use and is a good way to share correlation between two sets of data through dynamic animation each time we change the data axis source.
In this example, it was an anonymous satisfaction poll.

Exploration of XR and real time interactivity
Mixed Reality. Bringing vritual elements to the reel world.
We worked on several concepts : opening windows to virtual environments, mapping Virtual planets on physical moving objets, and a first person magic trick seen from the spectator point of view, with added virtual elements.
These systems use VR/XR devices (HTC Vive, Meta Quest 3) to immerse the viewers/actors in worlds with virtual and physical elements.

Competitive 2D platformer game showcasing DELL EMC Cloud solutions
In collaboration with DELLTechnologies, we created a 2 players platformer game to showcase some new features of the APEX Cloud solution during the DELL European roadshow 2023.
The gameplay was inspired by classic retro games but with smooth and colorful 2D visuals.
The game is competitive and informative, collectible bonuses are surrounded by APEX Technology informations and at the end of the day, the player with the best score won some DELL goodies.

Exploration of AR for interactive art and magic acts.
We experimented with AR and Virtual Assistant. A miniature and virtual Moulla character appears and helps the magician in his magic trick.
The system uses a smartphone to track objects (such as cards), and also surfaces for the virtual character to walk on (such as table, floor, etc...).
The system can be controller either from the smartphone itself, or from distance on the network.
